As part of our dedicated service to you we offer all accounts the 99.9% uptime guarantee. The uptime stats are based month by month and stats results will be posted on our support pages. The table below represents what refund you are entitled to if by any chance we fall below this figure.

For example if the bandwidth for January was at a figure of 91.8%, then on request we will issue you with a refund equating to 50% of your fee. If you are on a yearly term package then the fee is divided by 12 before the refunded calculation is processed.

NOTE: Refunds that are made under the 99.9% guarantee first have to be requested by emailing uptime@dailyhosting.net Only once we have received this email we can process the refund. Refunds are made once a month and are in the form of a credit to your billing account.
